Motorola unveils a new uniquely shaped device with the Motorola Chindi. The latest Motorola device is on its way to AT&T and will come with Motorola’s marquee Motoblur.
The said device is a “work in progress” but looks to be another entry-level handset that will run on Android 2.1.

We all know by now that the Samsung Captivate is brewing quite some following and to further bolster its popularity and awareness, here is an AT&T promotional video for it. This is the same handset that comes with features that include a Super AMOLED 4” touch screen display, six-axis motion sensor, 3D graphics and a 5MP camera.

The official Android 2.2 update for the Google Nexus One has been finally released. It can be downloaded directly or OTA and takes less than a minute to apply.
The update however is only applicable to AT&T and T-Mobile handsets, meaning not all Nexus One owners have received their updates automatically.

It looks like the carriers are coming up with various names to add to the Samsung Galaxy S to differ them from one another. AT&T calls the Samsung Galaxy S as “Captivate” and now T-Mobile comes up with its own moniker “Vibrant“.
All in the same, these are the same handsets but with different carriers. Though unconfirmed, the bottom line is that the phone’s behind the name are one and true, features included!

For the Google Nexus One onlookers, you can now get the much hyped Google phone over at Sprint. This means that you don’t have to limit yourself on getting the Nexus One from AT&T only. However, you cannot directly purchase it from Sprint stores. You have to purchase them from Google.com/phone. No word on how much they would cost nor date of availability for now.

You can add another problem placed on the table for the Google Nexus One. This new issue is with reference to the AT&T Nexus One which has reportedly some issues with the screen color saturation. This issue may or may not matter for Nexus One owning aspirants but if you look at the track record of the Google Nexus One, you will agree that this will be another issue held back against Google.
The Google Nexus One already has prior issues pertaining to 3G connectivity and multi-touch issues and this new one (minor or not) certainly doesn’t help one bit!

A new version of the Google Nexus One has been released and this new version will be compatible with Rogers and AT&T 3G Networks. The new version is compatible with 850/1900/2100 MHz 3G bands and can now be shipped to Canada via Google’s online store.
The Google Nexus One for AT&T and Rogers is unlocked and free of contract. It will retail for $529.

3G connectivity seems to be the main issue when you buy a Google Nexus One with T-Mobile. But now that AT&T has entered the picture, it looks like that this will not be a problem. Reports have it that based on the documents filed by AT&T with FCC, the Nexus One will support 3G connectivity for the North America region.
This means that AT&T, Rogers, Bell and Telus customers can enjoy all the perks that a Google Nexus One should have. It makes you wonder what T-Mobile has up its sleeve now ey?

The Google Nexus One is officially coming over to AT&T. This was found out after spotting the Google Nexus One with ID NM899110 at the FCC. This is the AT&T version of the Google Nexus One which incidentally is different from the actual Google Nexus One FCC ID, NM899100. This should affirm all prior rumors that the Google Nexus One will be offered by AT&T.

The buzz around lately has been about the Google Nexus One. But now you can add something more since it was learned that the Nexus One will only have 3G support for T-Mobile. Hence if you are an AT&T user, you will have to content yourself with EDGE features only. Among the features of the Google Nexus One include a 4GB microSD card, an OLED screen but doesn’t have a multi-touch capability. Is this Google phone worth it?
