It should not be surprising why Google Earth was bound to hit the Google Nexus One. Initially made available via the iPhone, Google was expected to make a version for its own mobile device. And of course, being their own, the Google Earth for the Google Nexus one will come out with features not present for the iPhone version.
A “Look-Around mode” and a Layers option are two of the distinct features that the Nexus One version will carry. Multi-touch and double tap are likewise enabled as well as improved rendering thanks to Snapdragon.
